Workshop Venue

The workshop venue for October 29 (Sun) has changed to Sunfresh Yamaguchi. (Updated on October 7th)

The workshop venue for October 28 (Sat) is Centcore Yamaguchi, and the venue for October 29 (Sun) is Sunfresh Yamaguchi. Both venues are located in Yudaonsen area and very close to each other.

Notes on Transportation

  • From Fukuoka Airport International Terminal, you have to take a free shuttle bus to the Domestic Terminal to take the subway.
  • You may need to take some time to purchase tickets for the Shinkansen at Hakata Station.
  • There are only about two trains per hour from Shin-Yamaguchi Station to Yudaonsen Station.
  • It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Yudaonsen Station to the Workshop Venue, or 5-10 minutes by taxi. The amount for a taxi will be about 800 JPY.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on October 27 (Fri) from 19:00 to 21:00. The venue for the Welcome Reception is Kitchen LOTUS. Please come directly to the venue.

Banquet

The Banquet will be held on October 28 (Sat) from 19:00 to 21:00. The venue for the Banquet is Fuku no Hana Yudahonten. Please come directly to the venue.
